I have been practicing massage for 20 years. The past 11 years I have been certified at The World School of Massage in San Francisco, California, where I received my HMT Certification (Holistic Massage Therapy). When I moved back to New Jersey additional certification was needed.  So I enrolled in The Institute for Therapeutic Massage in Pompton Lakes, NJ, where I received my CMT Certification (Certified Massage Therapist).  I continue to take advanced education classes. 

I work with a combination of treatments in my massage practice such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release,  Lymphatic Drainage, Cranio-Sacral Reflexology, Vibrational Healing, Foot/Bone, Reiki, Hot Stone and others.
